Return & Exchange Policy

At MyBestFashion, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at evorisllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Securely pack the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
